Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, unsealed, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at hello@flavona.com. Returns must be pre-approved – items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@flavona.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: opened or used dietary supplements, perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original (once approved) and place a new separate order.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@flavona.com.
